Pearl River Beer board and supervisory resignations take effect
Pearl River Beer said that the resignation reports of vice chairman Wang Renrong, director Guilherme Strano Castellan, and supervisor Yu Longtao took effect on June 17, 2020. Independent director Lin Bin would remain in the role until a successor was elected at a shareholders' meeting.
