Ingredion and Grupo Arcor announce a South American joint venture
Ingredion and Grupo Arcor announced a joint venture to market, sell and manufacture value-added ingredients in Argentina, Chile and Uruguay. Arcor will hold a 51% stake and Ingredion a 49% stake; each will transfer specified operations to the venture.
