Telecommunications distribution controversy after Cosmote-linked acquisition
WIND and Vodafone withdrew their support from Germanos stores after the acquisition by Cosmoholding Cyprus Ltd., a Cosmote subsidiary. The operators argued that the new ownership structure could produce unequal treatment and favor Cosmote's own mobile service in the Germanos retail network.
