Empire Resorts shareholder lawsuit over privatization offer

Minority shareholder David Mullen sued Empire Resorts, its directors, Genting Malaysia and Kien Huat Realty, alleging that the privatization offer was unfair and that shareholders lacked sufficient information to evaluate it.
