Workplace allegations and leadership controversy
A Eurogamer investigation reported allegations from current and former employees concerning excessive crunch, a chaotic and toxic workplace, leadership instability, sexual discrimination, and ageism. The report also described significant staff departures after Sony’s acquisition and stated that employee complaints were dismissed by Sony. These are reported allegations rather than established legal findings.
