Ericsson has taken legal action against Apple in a bid to make the iPhone manufacturer pay what the former considers to be fair rates for its 5G patents.

STOCKHOLM: Ericsson said on Friday it has filed a lawsuit in the United States against Samsung for alleged violations of contractual commitments to negotiate in good faith and to licence patents.
