Income-reporting and securities-fraud case
Former CEO Anthony Cuti and former CFO William Tennant were indicted over allegations that company income was falsely reported and that they conspired to commit securities fraud during the early 2000s. Both were later convicted. Cuti was sentenced to three years in prison in 2010; Tennant was sentenced in 2011 to time served, supervised release, and a fine.
