Li Guoqing administratively detained for forceful lock-breaking and other acts amid control dispute
In July 2020, Chaoyang police reported that Li Guoqing gathered others and, at Dangdang office premises, disrupted normal work order by forcefully picking locks, restricting others' personal freedom, and other means; Li Guoqing and three others were administratively detained. The incident occurred during a struggle for corporate control and company seals; administrative detention is not equivalent to a criminal sentence.
