Hunterbrook investigation into ammunition disclosures
Hunterbrook Media published an investigation disputing aspects of CSG’s description of its ammunition business. The report argued that some revenue characterized by investors as manufacturing may have involved third-party sourcing, refurbishment, or recommissioning, and also questioned related-party disclosures, a minority shareholder dispute, and the operational status of selected facilities. CSG rejected the allegations, stated that its documentation was accurate, and described its production footprint and reported output. The report also disclosed that an affiliated Hunterbrook fund held a short position in CSG shares.
