Nike lawsuit over the Corteiz name
Nike sued Corteiz and Clint Ogbenna, alleging that the brand name was too similar to the Nike Cortez shoe. Ogbenna was ordered to pay £1,850. The parties later collaborated on a Nike Air Max 95 release in 2023.
