Cryogenic storage temperature incident
Singapore's Ministry of Health reported that Cordlife had exposed cryopreserved cord blood units to suboptimal temperatures. At least 2,150 client units were reported damaged and unsuitable for stem-cell transplantation, triggering a suspension of new cord blood and human tissue activities and extensive regulatory scrutiny.
