Cochin Shipyard partners with Andaman and Nicobar administration
Cochin Shipyard Ltd and the Andaman and Nicobar administration signed a 30-year agreement for CSL to begin operations at Marine Dockyard in Port Blair. CSL will also assist with upgrading and modernizing the facility and developing a ship-repair ecosystem on the islands.

Cochin Shipyard acquires remaining stake in Hooghly Cochin Shipyard
Cochin Shipyard acquired 57.2 lakh equity shares, representing the remaining 26 per cent stake in Hooghly Cochin Shipyard, from Hooghly Dock and Port Engineers Ltd. Hooghly Cochin Shipyard became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cochin Shipyard.
