Sudarshan Chemical子公司以700万瑞士法郎收购科莱恩穆滕茨铝染料工厂

Sudarshan Chemical Industries宣布，其间接全资子公司Sudarshan Switzerland SLO AG于2026年8月24日与Clariant Additives (Switzerland) AG签署最终资产出售与转让协议，以700万瑞士法郎基础对价加库存价值收购科莱恩位于瑞士穆滕茨的生产设施。该工厂历来生产Sudarshan Chemical Group的专用铝染料产品组合，包括Sanodal、Sanodure、Sanodye和Anodal。
