Hinchingbrooke Hospital care and financial controversy
Circle withdrew from the Hinchingbrooke management contract after the Care Quality Commission judged several aspects of care, safety, hygiene and leadership inadequate. The arrangement also generated substantial deficits, leaving the public sector responsible for most of the reported shortfall.
