China Telecom appoints Han Fang as its first Chief Auditor
According to an internal document issued by China Telecom Group, Han Fang, General Manager of the group's Audit Department, has been appointed as Chief Auditor (总审计师). This is the first time China Telecom has established this position, and the first among China's three major telecom operators.
