China Overseas Grand Oceans and China Overseas Development agree to form a property investment joint venture
China Overseas Grand Oceans, its controlling shareholder China Overseas Development, and a joint venture company entered into an agreement under which China Overseas Development would subscribe for shares in the subsidiary; after completion, China Overseas Grand Oceans and China Overseas Development would hold 51% and 49% of the subsidiary, respectively.
