Franchise supply-pricing antitrust dispute
Franchisees alleged that Chicken Delight unlawfully required them to buy specialized equipment, mixes, and packaging from the franchisor at prices above those available from outside suppliers. The dispute became the class action Siegel v. Chicken Delight.
