Hepatitis A outbreak associated with Pennsylvania restaurant
A hepatitis A outbreak in the Pittsburgh region was traced to green onions served at Chi-Chi's near Monaca, Pennsylvania. At least four people died and approximately 660 others became ill. Lawsuits connected with the outbreak were settled by July 2004.
