Forged cheque drawn in Goodall’s name
Ralph Cooper was charged with forging a cheque for £3,670 using the name of a Goodall representative. He reportedly fled to France with the money before being arrested. The case was a criminal fraud against the company rather than misconduct attributed to Goodall.
