    M2 Capital Management and related investment funds publicly challenged CEWE's executive and supervisory boards. They sought a substantially higher dividend and alleged that management had failed in its responsibilities, while CEWE and major shareholders argued that the proposal could damage restructuring and the company's long-term strategy.
