Celularity and Lung Biotechnology expand collaboration to COVID-19 and ARDS
Celularity announced an expansion of its existing collaborative license agreement with Lung Biotechnology to include treatment of COVID-19 and acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) using CYNK-001. Celularity will seek regulatory approval for CYNK-001 in COVID-19, while Lung Biotechnology will seek approval for ARDS and holds global commercialization rights under the amended agreement.
