    COVID-19 outbreak and crew-treatment allegations

While awaiting delivery in France, Celebrity Apex experienced a reported SARS-CoV-2 outbreak among its crew. Reports described positive cases, hospitalizations, and isolation measures. A crew member later filed a proposed class-action lawsuit alleging inadequate protective equipment, testing, lockdown procedures, and medical care. The allegations were reported claims made during the pandemic and are not presented here as adjudicated findings.
