CCM Hockey announces acquisition of STEP Steel
CCM Hockey announced that it had acquired STEP Steel, the manufacturer of Step Skating Blades. STEP founder and president Gilles Cloutier was to continue leading operations during the ownership transition, and the company’s 17 employees were to join CCM Hockey.
