Aston Villa shirt quality controversy
Aston Villa players and supporters criticised Castore's shirt after reports that it became saturated with sweat, visibly changed colour and grew heavy and uncomfortable during matches. The problem was especially discussed by the women's team. A replacement design did not prevent the club from ending the partnership and moving to Adidas.
