Autoplius data claim dismissed on retrial
The Vilnius Regional Court dismissed Diginet LTU's claim in February 2025, and the Lithuanian Court of Appeal upheld the dismissal in June 2025. Diginet LTU was ordered to reimburse CV Group for part of its legal costs.

Supreme Court annuls earlier judgments in data dispute
The Supreme Court of Lithuania annulled the earlier decisions in the Diginet LTU dispute and returned the case to the first-instance court for reconsideration.
2023
Diginet LTU lawsuit over Autoplius data
Diginet LTU, the operator of Autoplius.lt, alleged that carVertical had extracted and reused information from its classifieds database without authorization. In June 2023, the Lithuanian Court of Appeal partly upheld the claim and ordered data-use restrictions, deletion of previously obtained records, compensation, and litigation-cost payments.
