CARE Ratings appointed Ajay Mahajan as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for a five-year term beginning 15 April 2020, subject to approval of the company's members. Interim CEO T.N. Arun Kumar would return to his previous position as Chief Ratings Officer.
