Abu Ghraib detainee-abuse litigation
Former Iraqi detainees alleged that CACI personnel contributed to torture and prisoner abuse at Abu Ghraib prison. The case continued through extensive procedural litigation, including repeated attempts by CACI to obtain dismissal. In 2024, a federal civil jury awarded three plaintiffs a combined $42 million.
