Hasbro patent-infringement litigation
Hasbro sued Buzz Bee Toys and Lanard Toys in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, alleging infringement of patents related to Nerf N-Strike and Super Soaker products. Hasbro later prevailed against Buzz Bee, and production of the disputed Hydropower water guns was barred.
