Cajun Injector contract and promotion lawsuit
Maurice "Reece" Williams sued Bruce Foods for $24 million, alleging that the company failed to promote Cajun Injector as promised after acquiring the line. The jury rejected the fraudulent-inducement allegation and instead found a contractual breach by Cajun Injector involving marinade recipes, awarding Bruce Foods damages for certain pre-sale debts. Williams was not personally liable for the damages.
