Soilbuild与林查华起诉Brookfield涉嫌违反合资协议

Soilbuild集团执行主席林查华、Soilbuild及Soilbuild一家子公司向新加坡高等法院提起诉讼，起诉Brookfield Asset Management、其新加坡分公司及一家Brookfield控制的实体，指控其就拟议合资收购Mapletree Industrial Trust旗下三处新加坡工业地产（交易金额5.353亿新元）违反合同与保密义务。原告称Brookfield在Mapletree宣布将资产出售给Brookfield前两天退出合作，并在成功竞标中使用了Soilbuild的专有商业信息。Brookfield表示认为这些指控完全缺乏依据，将积极抗辩。
