Bristol Technology antitrust litigation against Microsoft

Bristol alleged that Microsoft used its control over Windows-related interfaces and licensing access to limit competition from UNIX, OpenVMS, IBM OS/390, and other non-Windows environments. The case produced a finding under Connecticut unfair-trade law, later damages and legal-fee awards, and a settlement in 2001.
