Contractor sues Beryon subsidiary over unpaid construction fees

Nantong Tongbo Equipment Installation Engineering Co. sued Beryon’s wholly owned subsidiary, Beryon Biopharmaceutical Taixing, over a construction contract. Tongbo requested payment of approximately RMB 22.59 million in unpaid construction fees and approximately RMB 1.04 million in liquidated damages. Beryon said the case had not yet been heard as of its announcement.
