Penalized for failure to disclose related-party transactions and other violations
In July 2026, Breo received a final administrative penalty decision from the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau over violations including the failure to disclose related-party transactions. The company, its chairman, and other related parties were fined a combined total of more than 10 million yuan.

Actual controller suspected of manipulating company stock, receives proposed penalty and market ban notice
In June 2026, Breo's actual controller Ma Xuejun received a prior notice of proposed penalty. Regulators found that he and several others manipulated the company's stock, and proposed a fine and a five-year market ban. This case is separate from the company's information disclosure case and remains at the proposed penalty stage.
