Birla Estates subsidiary acquires FSI for Khar redevelopment
Birla Estates’ wholly owned subsidiary Unnatam Properties acquired nearly 90,000 sq ft of floor space index from Parinee Real Estate Builders and Parinee Contour Construction for over Rs 159 crore. The FSI was generated through a Slum Rehabilitation Authority scheme in Kandivali and will provide additional construction potential for the Khar redevelopment project.
