BioCom Africa

BIOCOM Africa is a company that provides laboratory products and services, aiming to be the leading provider to hospitals, clinical laboratories, and academic and research institutions. It was founded in 2005 by Colin Bouwer under the name BIOCOM Biotech, and after amalgamation with BIOCOM Diagnostics in 2016, it became BIOCOM Africa. The head office is based in Centurion, South Africa.

BIOCOM Africa was founded by the current CEO, Colin Bouwer, in 2005 under the name BIOCOM Biotech. In 2008, a second entity, BIOCOM Diagnostics was established. BIOCOM Biotech and BIOCOM Diagnostics were amalgamated in 2016, to establish today’s BIOCOM Africa.
