BHC lawsuit over the Viacom-CBS transaction
BHC challenged Viacom’s planned merger with CBS, arguing that the transaction conflicted with the UPN partnership and endangered BHC’s network interests. BHC lost the case and subsequently sold its remaining UPN ownership to Viacom.
