Chinese regulator names apps in user-rights notice

China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice listing 131 apps, including apps associated with Liangpin Puzi, Yong'anxing, Maimai, Kuaigou Dache, Guazi Used Cars and Vipshop's Weidaigou. The reported issues included improper collection of personal information, excessive permission requests, forced targeted-push functions and misleading users into downloading apps. The listed apps were told to complete rectification by November 2.

名单中的APP应在11月2日前完成整改落实工作。
