Remaja Jaya youth lawsuit
Robert Odjahan Tambunan filed a class-action lawsuit on behalf of Indonesian youth, arguing that Bentoel's use of the Remaja Jaya name for a nicotine product violated the law and endangered children. The Central Jakarta District Court dismissed the claim on the ground that Tambunan lacked legal standing to represent Indonesian youth.
