Westworld lawsuit
Bethesda alleged that the Westworld mobile game, developed by Behaviour for Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, copied protected design elements, visual features, gameplay systems, and software behavior from Fallout Shelter. The dispute also included allegations concerning duplicated bugs and trade secrets. The lawsuit was settled out of court in January 2019.
