History
Beckman Coulter traces its origins to 1935, when Arnold O. Beckman founded National Technical Laboratories to commercialize an electronic pH meter. Beckman, a Caltech professor, developed the instrument to make chemical measurement more precise and practical in industrial and scientific settings.
