Serious machinery injury at Fochabers plant
A worker became trapped in a vegetable auger at Baxters’ Fochabers manufacturing plant and suffered the amputation of his left foot. The Health and Safety Executive investigated the incident, which was considered at Elgin Sheriff Court.
