Osino agrees to acquire the Ondundu Gold Project from B2Gold
Osino agreed to purchase all shares of Razorback Gold Mining Co. Ltd, which owns the Ondundu Gold Project in Namibia, from B2Gold for an aggregate purchase price of US$15.2 million. The agreement is subject to Namibian regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
