The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TSRERA) imposed penalties on real estate projects for violating RERA provisions, including selling properties without RERA registration and collecting more than the permitted amount without a sale agreement. AV Infracon Pvt. Ltd.'s AV's East Residency and AV's West Heights projects were fined for sales without RERA registration. In the same action, Adhuri Infra was penalised for collecting 25 per cent of sale consideration without executing a sale agreement, and SVM Aditya Homes' Tech Homes project was fined for sales without RERA registration and without obtaining HMDA approvals.
