German automotive supplier price-fixing case
The German Federal Cartel Office fined five automotive suppliers a combined €75 million for illegal price coordination during the period from 2005 to 2013. Autoneum’s German subsidiary was identified as one of the affected companies and paid a €29.5 million fine.
