Withdrawal of culturally controversial design
AussieBum released underwear featuring a caricature of an Indigenous Australian male standing on one leg with a dot-painted boomerang in front of a large red rock. Some viewers interpreted the imagery as referencing Uluru and criticized its cultural implications. Sean Ashby said he had been naive and stated that all examples would be destroyed.
