    Aroundtown finalizes management body composition following TLG merger

    Aroundtown finalized the planned composition of its five-member Management Body following completion of its merger with TLG. The changes, due to take effect in the second half of 2020, include Shmuel Mayo as CEO, Eyal Ben-David as CFO, Barak Bar-Hen as COO and Co-CEO, Oschrie Massatschi as CCMO, and Klaus Krägel as CDO.
