Hill & Range announced a lawsuit against Bess Berman, Apollo, and Lloyd's concerning credits on 20 recordings that allegedly used copyrighted compositions associated with Thomas A. Dorsey and other writers. Mahalia Jackson denied knowledge of the alleged arrangement.
