State seizure of the Antena 1 headquarters
The Romanian state seized the network’s headquarters after a judicial sentence against Dan Voiculescu, founder of Intact Media Group. The action was connected with efforts to recover losses attributed to the 2003 privatization of the Institute for Alimentary Research. The property was later prepared for potential sale through the National Agency for the Management of Seized Assets.
