Bribery and corruption conviction
On 8 February 2017, the Nicosia Criminal Court found Andreas Neocleous & Co LLC and three associated individuals guilty in a case involving bribery, conspiracy and corruption. The reported allegations concerned an arrangement to initiate criminal proceedings against five Russian individuals and a company for the benefit of the firm in a dispute over the Providencia trust.
