PT Andira Agro Tbk is an Indonesian limited liability company focused on oil palm plantations. Its main business activities include planting oil palm, harvesting and processing fresh fruit bunches (TBS) to produce Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and Palm Kernel (PK). The company's plantations and processing facilities are located in Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. In addition to managing its own plantations, the company cooperates with 10 cooperatives in a plasma scheme.

The company was established on April 28, 1995, and operates in oil palm plantations and mills. It has undergone several ownership changes since its inception. In 2013, all shares owned by PT. Meta Focus Sarana Ananda were transferred to PT. Anugerah Perkasa Semesta, resulting in ownership by PT. Meta Epsi (67.88%) and PT. Anugerah Perkasa Semesta (32.12%). Currently, the company is owned by PT. Central Energi Pratama (49.73%), PT. Anugerah Perkasa Semesta (7.48%), and the public (42.79%).
